Order Processing

At Olivia Bennette, every order is prepared with care and attention to detail.

Please allow 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday) for order processing before dispatch.

Orders placed on weekends or Canadian public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once an order has entered the processing stage, it cannot be modified.


Delivery Timeframes

We ship internationally and currently deliver exclusively within Canada.

Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days after dispatch.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, customs procedures, carrier logistics, peak seasons, or unforeseen global delays.

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.


Shipping Costs

We proudly offer free standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

There are no additional shipping charges at checkout.


Customs, Duties & Import Responsibilities

As orders are shipped internationally into Canada, customs duties, import taxes, or related governmental fees may apply.

The customer is considered the importer of record and is fully responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by Canadian authorities.

Olivia Bennette has no control over these charges and cannot estimate them in advance.

If a customer refuses to pay applicable customs fees and the parcel is returned or abandoned, shipping costs and related losses may be deducted from any eligible refund.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at checkout.

Address changes can only be requested within 12 hours of placing the order.

Olivia Bennette is not responsible for delivery issues, delays, or lost parcels resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an address error, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.


Lost, Delayed, or Marked-as-Delivered Packages

If tracking information indicates that a package has been delivered but you have not received it, please:

  • Confirm the delivery address

  • Check with neighbors or household members

  • Contact the shipping carrier directly

Once a package is marked as Delivered by the carrier, Olivia Bennette cannot be held liable for lost or stolen parcels.

However, we are happy to assist in initiating a carrier investigation if necessary.

A shipment may be considered lost in transit only after 20 business days from the dispatch date. Carrier investigations may take additional time before a resolution is determined.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this period, orders may have already entered processing and cannot be cancelled.
