By placing an order with Olivia Bennette, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Return & Refund Policy.
Completion of a purchase indicates acceptance of the conditions, timeframes, and procedures outlined below.
In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, this policy and all related order documentation may be submitted as supporting evidence.
Return Eligibility
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is marked as delivered.
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be unworn, unused, and unwashed
- Have original tags attached
- Be returned in original condition and packaging
- Show no signs of perfume, deodorant, makeup stains, damage, or alteration
- Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
- Lingerie
- Shapewear
- Swimwear
- Any hygiene-sensitive garments
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Please include:
- Order number
- Full name
- Shipping address
- Reason for return
- Photos (required if item is damaged or defective)
- Do not send items back without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service and retaining proof of shipment until your return is confirmed.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
As an international fashion retailer, approved returns must be sent to our central fulfillment warehouse located in Asia. Return instructions will be provided once your request is approved.
Original shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Refunds & Store Credit
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection within 7 business days.
If approved, you may choose:
- A refund to the original payment method
or - Store credit (where applicable)
Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days after approval. Processing time may vary depending on your financial institution.
We reserve the right to issue store credit instead of monetary refund in cases of policy abuse or excessive return activity.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos or a short video showing the defect
Once verified, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on the nature of the issue.
In certain cases, returning the item may not be required.
Lost, Refused, or Unclaimed Packages
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package, please refer to our Shipping Policy and contact the carrier directly. We are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered.
If a parcel is:
- Refused by the customer
- Unclaimed
- Returned due to incorrect address
Shipping costs and associated handling expenses may be deducted from any eligible refund.
Packages may only be considered lost in transit after 20 business days from dispatch.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once an order enters processing or has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Customers may initiate a return after delivery if eligible.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If you experience an issue with your order, we encourage you to contact us directly so we can resolve the matter promptly.
In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, Olivia Bennette reserves the right to submit relevant documentation to the payment provider, including:
- Order confirmation
- Tracking confirmation
- Delivery confirmation
- Communication records
Filing a chargeback without prior contact may delay resolution and may affect future purchasing eligibility.
